Description

Designed specifically for continuous production lines, the LY-08-1300 Three‑Axis Robotic Palletizer handles automatic sheet loading and stacking of composite boards. Typical applications include sandwich panels, honeycomb boards, and industrial composite processing systems.

The robot features a three‑axis motion control architecture, which ensures accurate positioning, consistent stacking precision, and smooth movement. Capable of processing up to four 3‑meter boards per minute, it greatly enhances automation while cutting down on manual labor expenses.

Its robotic arm supports a load of 20 kg per square meter, with customization available based on varying board weights and dimensions. A maximum stacking height of 1 meter guarantees safe and orderly palletizing.

When integrated with conveyor systems, the unit forms a fully automated material handling line. The conveyor chain is rated for a 3‑ton load, making it well suited for heavy‑duty composite panels.
